You wake up at seven and start the day with a physical activity, such as yoga, walking or aqua jogging, to start the day fit.
At 8 o'clock there is a breakfast buffet, followed at half past 9 by a group session led by one of our psychologists. Afterwards you spend an hour on psycho education or relaxation therapy.
At one o'clock a healthy lunch is served in the restaurant.
The afternoon is filled with individual therapy, relaxation therapy and massages. Daily from four to seven o'clock an activity is organised; for example diving, cooking classes or a visit to a cultural site on the island.
Diner is served at seven thirty, after which you spend the evening at your own leisure or studying in our library.
